  3. Quick Search
  4. Choose Quick Search to display the Quick Search dialog box.  Any search steps previously entered are displayed in the dialog box.  Use the Quick Search for searches where entries must match all search steps entered and for searches where only one search step per item is required.

Choose Full Search to display the Full Search dialog box.  Any search steps previously entered are displayed in the dialog box.  The Full Search dialog box can be used to search for entries that either match or do not match a search step.  Also, more than one search step can be entered per item.
